Welcome to MacroMate Recorder. By purchasing or using our macOS desktop application ("Software") or website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. License Grant

Subject to payment of the license fee, MacroMate Recorder grants you a lifetime, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run the Software on Apple hardware owned or controlled by you.

  • Personal License: For individual use. You may activate the Software on up to 2 personal Mac devices.
  • No Sharing: You agree not to distribute, lease, sell, or share your activation key with others.

2. Software Usage Restrictions

You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software. You may not use the Software for any unlawful activity or to automate malicious actions on macOS.

3. Updates & Maintenance

Your lifetime purchase includes free access to all minor updates and releases. We strive to maintain compatibility with new macOS releases, but compatibility is provided on a best-effort basis.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with MacroMate Recorder, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase by contacting our support team via WhatsApp or email.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "AS IS," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from your use of the Software.

Anda setuju untuk tidak mendekompilasi, merekayasa balik (reverse engineer), membongkar, atau mencoba mengekstrak kode sumber Perangkat Lunak. Anda tidak diperbolehkan menggunakan Perangkat Lunak ini untuk aktivitas ilegal atau otomatisasi tindakan berbahaya pada macOS.

3. Pembaruan & Pemeliharaan

Pembelian seumur hidup Anda mencakup akses gratis ke semua pembaruan versi minor di masa depan. Kami berusaha keras untuk mempertahankan kompatibilitas dengan rilis macOS baru, namun kompatibilitas disediakan atas dasar upaya terbaik.

4. Kebijakan Pengembalian Dana (Refund)

Kami menawarkan **garansi 30 hari uang kembali**. Jika Anda tidak puas dengan MacroMate Recorder, Anda dapat meminta pengembalian dana penuh dalam waktu 30 hari sejak tanggal pembelian dengan menghubungi tim dukungan kami melalui WhatsApp atau email.
